The site reflects exciting new changes and innovative work I am doing with schools, colleges and academies across the country. I work with a wide variety of groups including The Department for Education, Boards, Multi Academy Trusts, Governors, Headteachers, Principals and Senior teams in the three key areas of School Improvement, Leadership and Talent Development and Strategic Planning and Governance.
